Our 80MW Huludao, China project, now constructed and successfully connected to the grid, is located on a challenging mountainous site with uneven terrain, as seen in the project reference image. We employed our carbon steel ground-mounted system for this project. This carbon steel material provides the necessary strength for long-term integrity on uneven mountainous terrain, and thanks to the hot-dip galvanization process, it also offers enhanced corrosion resistance and a refined appearance.



A key feature of our mounting solution is the adjustable height of the panel mounting brackets. Fine-tuning during installation ensures a level panel array, thereby reducing the risk of stress and potential microcracks within the modules caused by uneven support. This precise adjustment is an important element for the system's adaptability to the specific challenges of the terrain.
